This policy explains which personal data TruckMotors LLP (BIN 180340012217) receives through the truckmotors.kz website, why and how it processes them. It follows Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 "On personal data and their protection".

2. What data we receive
Data you enter in the website forms yourself: name, phone, email, company name, BIN or IIN, city, country, company website, information about brands and products, comment.
If you send a CV, the data in it and in the form: name, contact details, city, desired position, education and work experience.
Technical data about visits (page address, device and browser type, anonymised data on actions on the site) if web analytics services are enabled; see section 8.
3. Why we process the data
To answer a request from a client or supplier, prepare, conclude and perform a contract, consider a job candidate, and improve the website.
4. Consent
By sending a form with the consent box ticked, you consent to the collection and processing of these data for the purposes in section 3. You may withdraw consent by writing to info@truckmotors.kz, unless the law provides otherwise.
5. Storage and disclosure
Requests reach the company's CRM system (Bitrix24) through a secure form handler. Only employees who need the data to handle the request have access to it. We do not sell the data or disclose it to third parties, except when needed to perform a contract (for example, to a carrier for delivery) or required by law.
Data are kept until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless the law requires a longer period (for example, for accounting documents under a contract).
6. Candidates' data
A CV is used only for recruitment. If there is no suitable vacancy now, we may keep your CV to contact you later, until you withdraw consent.
7. Your rights
You have the right to know whether your data are processed, to receive information about them, to demand that they be changed, supplemented, blocked or destroyed, and to withdraw consent. Send requests to info@truckmotors.kz.
8. Cookies and web analytics
The site may use cookies and web analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful to visitors. These services receive anonymised technical data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.
